Video-In issue with nVidia GeForce

Hello,
I have a GeForce 6600GT with VIVO. Everything is working fine except one thing: I cannot select the format of the Video-In source. It seems it is set as default on NTSC (NTSC video sources display correctly) because when I have a PAL source connected the image does not display correctly (bottom lines of image are missing on the computer screen).
As a video capturing software I'm using VirtualDub 1.5.10.

VirtualDub 1.6.11 solved my problem as well as much faster WDM driver initialization.
