    gpedit.msc isn't working

    I've been trying to run gpedit.msc to change some settings but it says 'windows cannot find gpedit.msc make sure you typed it correctly'.i'm logged in as adminastator but i still get problems.i'm using xp home edition.







    My Computer Specs:
    Windows XP Home Edition
    SP2
    1.2Ghz AMD Duron
    384MB DDR Ram
    256MB Nvidia GeForceFX 5200 Graphics Card
    40GB HD
    250GB HD

    i'm using xp home edition.
    well, there's your problem. its only available in win xp pro.

    do a google search, i think there's a registry hack that allows you to use something similar in home...
