is Pinnacle Studio Mediasuite a good program ?

And Adobe Premier Elements compared to CPD 5 ? Is there a significant difference ?
( Ive looked it up on the net but as I dont understand the jargon as yet, most of what they say goes straight over my head )

I cannot comment since I hav never used Premier Elements.I did try out Adobe Premier 6 but found it a bit too complicated.
