Looking for "Power Director"

Was just looking at one of the recent posts. It menitioned "cyberlink Power Director". Is there a site I could get this? I'm presently trying to use Pinacles Studieo 9, with a Dazzle video creator 150.Tring to copy my VHS to DVD. VERY SLOW/lot of work.looking for something better.
