I'm trying to join three mp3 files into one single file

I have a good program on my comp for making slide shows that are for use in your DVD player. A great part of this program allows you to add a music file to play in the background while the slide show is flipping thru the pictures on the screen. My only problem is I'm trying to build a large amount of pictures together because I'm trying to make a disc for my aunts 50th birthday. We are lucky enough to have access to pictures thru-out her entire life but if I was to have just one song playing in the background I'm thinking it might get a bit annoying. So I have three songs I'd actually like to try to make somehow into one single file. I've looked around but I cant seem to have much luck finding anything on this subject, so if you can help I thank you in advance it would definatly be appreciated alot.

use Nero Wave Editor. Just open all three, select the end of the first file, paste the second, then the third. www.nero.com if you don't have Nero.

Is it an OEM version? Or did you buy it?

            then you don't have it.

Uninstall your OEM version, then install a trial version. That will have it. You can reinstall your OEM version after you get the MP3's taken care of.

The trial version of Nero is not available. Is there any other programs that might do the same thing?

                    Hi Chizzmo,

Merging MP3 files can be easily done by using the excellent and free program called Audacity which, IMHO, is full of professional features and way better than Nero Wave Editor in all aspect. You can dowmload and use from this link:

Download Audacity for free. A free multi-track audio editor and recorder. Audacity is a free, easy-to-use, multi-track audio editor and recorder for Windows, Mac OS X, GNU/Linux and other operating systems. Audacity is free software, developed by a group of volunteers and distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL).

To merge 2 MP3 files with Audacity, just open both files you want to merge. In the first file set the cursor to the end (Edit->Move Cursor->End of Track). In the second file select everything (CTRL-A) and copy it (CTRL-C). Go back to the first file, paste the second file (CTRL-V) and you are ready to go.

                    Regards
