Question about virtual pc and/or drives...

Has anyone any experience with Daemon Tools virtual drive or MS
    Virtual PC? Good or bad?
I'm interested in trying to incorporate these tools into my video
    processing setup.
They just seem like the next step in increasing speed and flexability
of some existing programs used in processing.

    Thanks, G

er... what exactly are you trying to do? simulate a physical drive with an iso or simulate another computer within your current computer?

After using the trial MS VirtualPC, I am going with that.
It will let me simulate full blown operating systems within my running XP OS.
I have the Daemon Tool virtual drive installed now also but VirtualPC will give me more options for processing.
I was just interested in someone elses view or experiences with virtual enviroments and how they are using them.
      Thanks, G

if you're trying to simulate (or by preferred nomenclature, emulate) an operating system within XP, I'd suggest the best: VMWare. VMWare may be expensive, but they give you a trial. VMWare is the best sim/emulation programs out there and I use it all the time at home and at work.
