system restore
This all started on the 3/18 and if i restore it wont make a difference since 3/18 was when i got my new hd and loaded xp on it. Restoring wont make a difference

looks like a windows reload is in order. the bare minimum it will do is determine if its hardware related. try temporarily disabling your firewall. make sure windows firewall is disabled completelyFuturex
