    Beep on restart

I'm getting a beep on restarts which according to the asrock site means "memory refresh timer error" What does that mean and how can I fix it?

Is this a constant beeping that never stops? If so try removing your memory sticks then re-seat them into their slots. Be sure to discharge yourself against your computer case so as to not damage the memory with ESD.

No it isn't a constant beep just a short beep and then stops. I'll try that Chewy and see if it helps.
