Computer sees enhanced cd's only as audio discs

I have a cd that is an enhanced cd, but the computer only recognizes the audio tracks, and doesn't "see" any of the data files that come along with the cd. Is my computer missing something?

I checked the disc in someone else's computer and it read both audio and data files.

I've got windows xp home......
