How to make pictures into Icons?

Tried all that, just gives me a shortcut to the winzip file. There isn't a "send to" under file either. Any other suggestions?

Exactly! I want to be able to click on an icon to play movies, and I can't seem to figure it out.

If it is installed & working properly, this thread should help. If it doesn't work then post back & we will get rid of the one you have & get you a new download.
