problem with EAC

I've been trying to rip a CD with some scratchs(not that many) but it says "sync error" then when i try playing it,its skippy.

my drive is a JMLS XJ-HD165H

I have secure mode on everthing and just have the accurate stream function ticked.

Have you performed the error test in the advanced program configuration? Have you read Chris's instructions on setting EAC up & tweaking it?

ok followed that guide and used the profile for my drive and i cleaned the CD but i'm still getting sync error.i've got a log if thats helpful?
