    how do i find my server name?

    i bet 'yall probably sick of the questions i keep asking


    but im stumped with a problem in mozzila thunderbird,it asks for a server name and a outgoing server name (SMTP) I don't know anything about what that means ,how do i find out the names?

    your isp should be able to provide you with that information, for configuring your mail server settings...

        when you get the info., be sure to write it down for future reference, 'cause after you reformat (sometime in the future)! you will need to put the server settings back in there...

          I am not sure if this is the same in the UK but mine is this way. Incoming server is pop. insert internet service provider. Outgoing server is smtp. insert internet service provider. Examples for Canada would be pop.telus.net = incoming & smtp.telus.net = outgoing.

            I got the info,but only for Outlook express,they didnt even know what mozilla thunderbird was!
