help with pop up

hi there cyper pepes,
please can you help i have a pop up which comes up on my pc every half hour its for a programme called pc spy??????? asking and telling me the evaluation period is over and iether buy or cancel,i cancell it goes but is back half hour later.
since this problem arouse i have run a virus chech used yahoo s anti spy ware dont a scan on line deletes all relevant files ete done a system restore back 2 weeks and it still appears,please please help im going nuts with this thing

i would try looking in msconfig under the start up tap and see if it's listed there first.

Do you or (someone) install the program (trialware) & now the eval. period is up?

Maybe look in Control Panel to uninstall the program, if it is listed.

Or look in your program files find it and delete it
