annoying as hell

alright, here's my problem

Any movie file from any player and format, I only get audio, no video. There is a workaround for the video to show, but its annoying as hell. I mostly use VLC. In order to view the avi(or any other type) I have to: the first one that i open has only audio, then i leave this open and open it again, and now I get to see the video(i then close the other)

Also, get problem with streaming and dvd.

I got all the proper codecs, also re-formated, and still getting this problem(at least I got no more adaware and viruses)

welcome to the forum

either graphics card or graphics card drivers issue, either way overlay mixer isn't functioning. a workaround is disabling overlays in VLC's preferences so it'll use VMR. MPC can do this too.

try installing a previous driver version
