    Codecs Problem?!?!

I have a problem I am unable to troubleshoot. I have an ATI MOBILITY RADEON 9700 (64mb) video card. The graphics on my notebook (Dell)are fine but when I am on the web, just about anywhere, things are blurry, not sharp and some pic's that should be animated are blank. Even some lettering is blurry. I have Xvid Media Codec 1.1.1 installed. Am I missing something?
Thanks in advance for any info.

sounds like you've forced anti-aliasing in your graphics card drivers, java kicks in when browsing the web. set anti-aliasing to application controlled or none.

This did not work. I have a web site that I visit, http://www.greeting-cards.com if the animation and pic's work there it is ok everywhere.
I can't see anything (animates) there. I have had this problem before but I can't remember what I did to fix it. Any more suggestions?
