Missing Create CD/DVD Function in MCE 2005

I have 2 computers both with winXP and are Media Center pcs one has MCE 2005 ver. 5.1.2715.2812 w/rollupdate 2 and the other MCE 2005 ver. 5.1.2700.2230. In the older version(older computer) I'm able to create cd/dvds within the MC Program. And In the newer version (newer computer) I dont have this function. Does anyone know how to get it back?
