Free ocr text editor - ideas?

I need to update a Resume. I scanned several pages in w/ my Microtek scanner, & now I need to edit the text. From what I have read, I need a "ocr text editor". Since this is something that I don't need to do very frequently, I didn't really want to have to purchase a program.

Does anyone know of a free ocr text editor, or any other options?
