Winfast Xp 2000 Tv Recording

I have another ameteur problem with the audio in my tv card recording. The recorded video plays well but it doesnt have audio. I set the recording volume high enough on the software but it doesnt help still. I dont have any sound problem with live tv

I still do have this problem, my one year project...if anyone knows what the solution is please do endeavor to help
