Many of probably have used this program but I just found it it can pull photos out of .PDF files which can then be maniplated. Cheers to manipulation!!! Here's a like. (It does a lot of other stuff too.)

you might like to take a look at XnView

Have used both, Xnview has lots of options and more detailed whereas Irfan view is quick to understand and getting started easily.

Boy do I feel stupid, I have been using XNVIEW for years and did not realize it opened up .PDF's. I need this to recolor paper models that I make. Thanks for the info. It always pays off to post here because so many people know so much, you learn something new every day. Thanks
