Yahoo Mail Madness

I deleted my Trash Bin in my Yahoo Mail and left my Pc on the same screen for a couple of minutes and this message appeared and it flooded my screen as if it tried it endless like a booter.



I've had this message before but it only appeared once and never like this. Does anyone know what caused the repeat action like this?

And the last few days, it is ALWAYS asking for the anti-spam codes (which are largely illegible).
