Patch To Load Copied Games?

Is there a patch to load copied games for the X-Box 360? If there is, is it safe to use because I remember reading the Boot disc for the PS2 can damage the laser. If anyone knows about the patch to load copied X-Box 360 games, please send a link.

I have used the swap magic boot disc for my ps2 and had no problem with the laser...but am not sure of the 360..I don't see how it would damage the laser tho..

Somebody told me about boot discs damaging the laser in the DVD Decrypter forum a couple of years ago and somebody else told me the same in a Yahoo group one time.
