2007?!!
I still have Office 2000 I actually find 2003 way too hard to use. I had the 60-day trial that came with my mom's PC (a lot of prebuilt systems have those), and I couldn't get used to PowerPoint 2003. It lacked the animations menu that 2000 has, so I couldn't animate my objects in slide shows, except manual transitions, and those are too hard.
I also think Word 2003 gets a bit annoying with it's "new look", so I will stick with old-school aka Office 2000 Back in the days of only 2 CDs and not 5 (that 2003 Pro has)CYA Later:

i'll be the first to say i rather like it (well it "looks" better than older versions, can't be sure about anything else), though i guess it should have an option to change the interface to resemble older versions. if enough people complain it just might.Comment

If someone gives me $500 to buy another Office, fine. I am broke otherwise so unless they make it freeware I will stick with 2000CYA Later:

Just downloaded the test drive - they made it easy to navigate. Everything at the top, all you need to do is customize your toolbar to get rid of the stuff you rarely use.
Wish I could afford it! LOLComment

I hate it when Microsoft change things so much. It's like having to use sandpaper instead of toiletpaper for a while in the toilet.
With the software that is, I'm sure I'd get used to it very quick but I hate to re-learn things. When I got the new Internet Explorer, it looked great at first and it still is but I hated the thought of things that I use being in different places and some under Browsers. I spent a while finding Copy & Paste. I need Copy and Paste because some web sites have a save lock. If you Copy them and Paste them in an e-mail, send it to yourself and you can save it by termintating the Save block. Either do that or use Print Screen SysRq and Crop around the image. If I see an image that I want and I get a load of stuff such as Zoom In and Zoom Out when I right-click because the image is run by software, I use Print Screen SysRq as the first step for saving it and beating the web site owners.
Sorry I went off-topic.

I hate debts. I asked a question to somebody. I asked, "What's the best way to get debt collectors off my back?" I was told to pay them. I asked for that one. Typical from the cocky one.

I have been running Office 2007 Beta for awhile now. I like it! Its much more user friendly in my opinion. Granted, it does take some time to get used to it cause everything is located different than what your accustom too but, once you get it down its a piece of cake.Comment
