      Dvd Stuff!

Today they have: StarPort Professional + Grab&Burn package

StarPort creates a virtual DVD-ROM drive locally to watch movies in a home theatre and fully implements iSCSI and ATA-over-Ethernet client side protocols enabling you to connect to remote storage appliances such as disk arrays, tape drives, DVD-ROM image libraries and so on.

Today’s package includes both StarPort Professional and Grab&Burn (free CD/DVD/Blu-Ray/HD-DVD recording/grabbing tool). Grab&Burn supports all types of optical storage media (including CD-R/RW, DVD-R/RW, DVD+R/RW, BD-R/RE, HD-DVD-R/RW and DVD-RAM) and supports a wide variety of CD/DVD/Blu-Ray/HD-DVD burning hardware.

Don't know if they're any good but I thought I'd let you guys know.

A neat little one I came across recently; If for whatever reason you happen to lose your CD Key, this app. will show you what it is. You don't need to install it.

Yikes!!! I went to Give away of the Day this morning and the page was now for "Word Press" telling me i have not installed it and should click their link. Has their fabulous software finds disappeared??

Update about 10 min after last using the link: Now just getting a blank page. Did someone try to highjack the site? Dont people have better things to do?

No problems with the site here, using Firefox 2.0.0.3. I noticed a Beta 2 above the Giveaway of the Day name, was that there or did they update the site?

                      AVS DVD to Go 2

I tried yesterdays and I think it's great. It gives you a lot of audio options. I'm going to try todays although it's a beta because they say they will let you upgrade for a year for free.

                              Lots of options.

The giveaway today has lots of options, for using it. These icons in the pic actually work as a clock & there's lots more you can do with it, kind of cool. I hid the icon text but if you hover over it, it will tell you what it is, if you don't know.
