    External NTFS HD Recomendation?

I'm looking for recomendations for a good external (USB 2.0) Harddrive that is not fat32, i.e. can accept larger than 4GB files.

Ideally, I would rip and burn directly from it. Suggestions?

    Thanks.

the only reason they come fat32 is so windows 98 or windows me computers can see them, I agree any large hard drive should be ntfs

just find the best deal with the best warranty and format the drive yourself from windows xp, it's a simple matter to delete the existing partition and
create another and format as ntfs

the tricky part is what chipset is running the drive? some only do 12-13 MB/s, some do 16-17 MB/s

Do you have a source for how to do this? I assume I have to move all the data from the drive first.

Thanks for the help. Saved me from buying a new drive.

all it takes is a bunch of right clicks, my computer/manage then open disk management and right click on the drive

there is a conversion but they always say to back up first, I like to start clean
