    after he does much more video editing he's gonna want a new computer and you can always use a usb2 powered hub with laptops or newer computers

    the pci card will end up in a box somewhere, I had 2 or 3 left from scrapping
    old computers.

      That's a good point Chewy Laptops are always in need of more USB ports.

      You will atleast be able to put that PCI card into a newer desktop though, but I doubt you would need it.

        usb2 is not long for the world from what I have read, e-serial is gonna bury it.
