I need help problem internet page keeps opening up

Hello I have this internet page that keeps opening up about every 10 to 20 minutes by it self on my computer the internet is not even on but it just keeps just opening it up how do I delete this from my computer I think its some form of spywhare please help me thanks

Run a virus scan, and also scan with Adaware, Spybot search and Destroy and whatever else ya can to see if that helps to get rid of it.
