Please explain processor jargon

Hi,

I'm wanting to buy a desktop PC for my business and I just want basic features.

I am a bit unsure on the whole processor thing as my understanding is little.

I'm wanting to know what to look for when purchasing a PC is an Intel Pentium 4 processor 524 with HT Technology (3.06GHz, 1MB L2 Cache, 533MHz FSB) any good?

Also can someone please explain the processsor "jargon" above?

All I am wanting to use is Microsoft office (maybe an accounting package), email, Web Surfing (not alot), word processing, spreadsheets etc.

For your office work needs any entry level desktop processor is good enough, just keep the RAM at minimum 512 MB.(needed for MS Office etc).
