I have the XBox 360 and I've been able to load some games that were made for the XBox. Scarface is a recent game and it's on the XBox, not the XBox 360 due to money issues because the games for the XBox version are cheaper to make and the games for the XBox 360 cost a lot more. Some recent games such as Scarface are still made for the XBox as some kind of trial to see how the sales go. If they sale well the profits would go towards the more expensive productions such as the XBox 360 versions costing more to make than the XBox games. However, my XBox 360 was built in August this year and it should be able to load games without patches from what I was told. I found a site on the XBox web site that lists the XBox games that will work on the XBox 360 either with a Universal patch or seperate patches. Scarface isn't listed but I have found patches for the XBox version so that it can be loaded on the XBox 360. For some reason the patch never installs in my XBox 360 hard drive. Does anybody know why or does anybody know a patch that would work for the game, please?
By the way, I heard the Scarface might come out on the XBox 360 but it's a "might". I recently bought an XBox 360 and now I feel as if I have to continue with PS2 games or find an XBox console as a stupid downgrade. I'm going to end-up with more consoles than a recording studio.
Many thanks.
Darren.
