Is it possible to rip and burn a backup copy of an interactive DVD-Rom with UDF file structure? If so, how do you do it? It has DVD-Video, Powerpoint slides, PDF and all sorts of stuff in it. Thanks!

However, to answer both of you, usually, Windows Explorer will do just fine. However, if the DVD-Video is encrypted, then you can copy the files to your hard drive, mount them with daemon tools and rip them that way with DVD Decrypter/RipIt4Me.
