    Another oddball problem!!!

    Well, I thought all was going great...until I noticed something odd.
    When I mouse over the taskbar notification area, stopping on an icon; The icon used to pop up a momentary balloon to tell you what the icon/program is.

    It still does that, however; the balloon is almost completely hidden under the taskbar. I can see just the top of the balloon, but not enough to read it. I have never seen this happen before. Anyone have any ideas?

    i can guarantee i have seen it on my machines several times. always went away after a re-start. can't expect these things to be perfect i thought.
