I can't delete the temporary files.

Hi Folks, I am having a problem with this hard headed flle.
You all know that when we want to burn a file onto a CD or DVD, we copy and paste the file on the CD/DVD drive. Alright. Here comes my problem:
- My sister took (copied) an attachment from yahoo email, let say file.doc and put it on the CD/DVD drive. Then for some reason, she didn't burn it. She closed yahoo emails...

Since then ,that stupid file (file.doc) has been on the CD/DVD drive forever, whenever I tried to delete, the Driver (computer) responsed "Can't find the target..." to delete the file.

Could you please advice me how to delete this file?
