Computer Lock Programs

Hello forum,

I was curious to know if anybody knew of any progarms (preferrably freeware) that locks your computer so that programs could still run but say a person would not be able to use things such as the keyboard, mouse, or power switch for instance unless a password was entered? If not then any similar program would much be appreciated.

A password protected screensaver or the WindowsKey/L combo will lock up the puter. I don't know of anything that will prevent from using the power switch
