Update IDE Controller

I ran Hard Drive Inspector on my PC and this was the result...



Can anyone tell me how to update the IDE controller and where is BIOS?

junk program?

your ide controller is probably intel made and doesn't support ata133

It may be a junk program, I don't know. It had strange results on my other PC as well.

It's well know when ata133 was being developed certain companies didn't implement it, western digital and intel foremost.

maxtor and via did

the program is giving you a false warning
