Help please! My dvd writer I just got doesn't recognize dvds
Hey I hope yall can help.
Today I just bought a dvd writer. I installed it and then put a dvd in and it showed up but it was being weird with the dvd shrink it wouldn't work. Also, I couldn't get it to play on VLC media player. When I first put in the disk a folder popped up with folders is in saying jacker and VTS I think.
Something happen now where if I put any dvd in or blanks or anything it will say put disk into E drive. It doesn't even show that it has a disk in. Any idea why? Thank you
