I have a WDC 320 gb. It was my operating drive & then when I upgraded it changed to my internal storage drive, (touch wood), it has not gave me any problems. That's a pretty good price as well.

I really had my hopes up for you and e-sata, I sold off my usb2/firewire
external when I heard about them 2 years ago

my sata drive is full I will upgrade when the time is right from 320 to one TB

I have 3 motherboards with 4 sata connections per computer

e-sata would be ideal for ripping to or burning from

really didn't think it would take so long for the concept to be put into everyday use

just a few motherboards and laptops(high end) have e-sata ports built in.

ultimate use will be for laptops, freeing them from lame status with video work
wonder how long to get dvd burners into the e-sata game?
