    Twice Power DVD

    HI !!!!!!!!!

Wanted to do a movie comparison. I have 2 movies on my HD and I wanted to compare both at the same time, parallel viewing.

But somehow I am not able to open up POWER DVD two times so that I have two monitors on my screen. It is only possible to open up a different player, for instance the VLC-Player, but I can't open POWER DVD twice.

    Is there a trick ?

    thx

    bye

I've used multiple VLC windows to compare. You probably can't open two Power DVD because it uses a lot of registry entries.

      HI !!!!!!!

Thanx. But I simply don't like the navigation of VLC-Player.

It is not possible to fast forward or rewind as easy as with POWER-DVD. There is no Play-Button. And when you fast forward, for example, you have to hit the rewind-button a few times so that the movie is running with normal speed.
And it is not possible to click directly on a faster (2x, 6x, 9x, or whatever) rewind- or forward-button.

I like that navigation-wheel which POWER-DVD uses. Its very comfortable and easy to use.

But if there are some other alternatives besides VLC & POWER-DVD I am open minded for them...

      thx
