did you run the driver cleaner after uninstalling old driver and load the new one?

Nop it didn't work this time too. I noticed one options in my Bios: "Primary VGA Bios." And it has 2 options: PCI VGA Bios & AGP VGA Bios. Since my video card is an AGP shouldnt right option be on AGP VGA Bios?

that's usually just a boot priority setting, whether to use the pci or agp as primary vid output
