DVD Santa conversion any movie ext.to mpeg

I just purchased "DVD Santa" a program that states that it will convert "AVI. WMA" and any other movie types to "MPEG" that can be played on TV. I have used this in the past for converting movie clips to function on TV and it worked. I was instructed to download a MPEG-2 video converter "MpegDecoder012,msi". I did this but DVD Santa will not recognize any movie clips that I place on there files to be encoded list? Is anyone familiar with this program or can shed any solution to this dilemma? I have no support for this program via the company. Maybe2
