    Roxio

When I load Roxio, I get this all of a sudden. I never used to get it before. The message in the middle of the screen tells it all.

When I enter that message by clicking on NO, I get this inferno message.

What does all this mean? I never got all these questions before with Roxio so why now? What is going on, please?

    Many thanks.

    Darren.

Have you read/tried any solutions from the help and support site?

@dazuk; Did you update roxio recently? As you can see from the message boxes, it is trying to contact CDDB for cd info.

I used Roxio 9. I think what happened here was as Roxio scan your music to load into "Quick Find" and you "enabled audio disc info download" in Preference: General/Internet and allowed IE to run error script then you have this warning if IE hits the blocks. There is a "bo_hotfix" available but don't know if this is part of the fix. This one thing i hated about Roxio, the automatic scan for music for the Quick Find facility as soon as you launch the program.
