CD Music Skipping

Need Help with a problem, and don't Know which FOURM to Post. So I will ask it here.

I have been Burning Music CD's Using Imation CD-R 1X-52X Disks and using a LiteOn External CD-DVD Burner. SOHW-1693S and Nero Burning ROM express Version 6.6.0.18 that I use with my DVD shrink since new versions dont work with shrink. I use it.
When I play the CD in my JVC CD player in my Truck they skip can someone tell how to correct this ?

liteons don't burn or scan cd's well, make sure you only burn at 16x on iffy media like those imations

I have had very good results with verbatim and sony cd-r's

according to my nec dvd burner's scans for quality
