You said you couldn't find the video file that you "processed". Try opening the application again and set it up for a second effort. The application will tell you where the file will be sent and give you a chance to send it somewhere else. The last setting should be the location of your prior file. If you still can't find it, open START > SEARCH, click on all files and enter DVD as your key search word. That oughta do it.Q6600 2.4Ghz; ASUS Striker Extreme
