possible to prevent others from changing desktop theme?

you know...right click desktop>properties....etc. my wife always changes it and picks "none" the ugliest piece of crap on there! common, help me teach her a lesson. can this be done? not like it's anything distasteful, i select "bliss"!

start/settings/control panel/user accounts/pick an account to change/
create a password

and see who sleeps in the doghouse tonight

You cannot delete the themes provided by Windows.

i don't wish to delete, it can be done from what i seen, but it's confusing with so many methods. i don't know where the setting is.

LT - have you tried taking a screenshot of her favorite desktop and then hiding the icons and use that image as wallpaper? Maybe she'll leave yours alone after that. Old trick but still fun

lol, ty dear. trouble is... she ain't too dumb with this unfortunately! we've been fighting over this for some time now. it's her computer, but i paid for it! i feel i deserve the right to have my desired desktop. like i said before, i wouldn't say boo if she chose something OTHER than the plain-jane blue background. this woman truly knows how to piss me off, and the fact that she knows this makes me even more mad! i'm gonna go and disconnect her battery so she loses all her radio presets! ha! that at least i can win at. she has no idea how to fix that in a jiffy. the LT. will prevail!
