    Challenging downloading problem

    Hello,

    I found 3 or 4 music videos that I would very much like to download from this site: http://stage6.divx.com/videos/

    The problem is, I found no way to download it and even if I find it in Firefox Cache files, none of them are complete, all of them are 24.4 MB in size, so they just get stopped at some place. besides, mplayer cannot recognize video format, however, they are avi videos.

    Any ideas?

    For me, in the center of the video screen there is a "play" button; to the right of the play button there is a download arrow; I clicked on that & it is downloading for me. Seems very large though... 63 mb. for a 6 min clip... Will let you know how it works out.

        @Night -

        I don't know about O-Pos, but I'm not using any type of antivirus protection, firewall, etc. Remember, this is Linux!

        I know what you are saying though; on my Xp pc, my Cyberpatrol blocks streaming radio sites sometimes...

        But I think O-Pos's situation is different; from what I gather, he is not getting the download arrow to even show up on the video?

            I have Linux and this time I managed to download it with download arrow. But before that it even got worse, showing nothing at all but texts. Maybe that's because I cleared whole cache. Still, it is very interesting why the corresponding files in cache couldn't exceed 24,4MB, even if I watched the video to the end.
