Can't find firmware TSST TS-H552D
I am trying to help on updating my daughters computer before I leave state.
All is going good, except I can not find updated firmware for her burner.
It is the original burner in her e-machines model W3107.
She bought it new March 2006 and I can not imagine no new firmware in that time.
The burner is a TSST TS-H552D Firmware GA01.
I have tried emachines support, rpc1 (string not found), and samsung.
All no help.
Where else should I look?
Any ideas would help.
Also on the same computer, it has 512mb ram, but only 386mb reads physicaly.
