Out Of Memory

After deleting quite a few things and doing a bit of the cleanups, my Dell Desktop which is Windows XP is still giving me the 'Out Of Memory' message whenever I try to Decrypt, Shrink, or Burn anything. Does anyone know what I could possibly do to alleviate this issue?

now b-cuz we really cant talk about shrink anymore on this forum..
are you having problems with dvd's/cd's or just dvd's??
