Vista updates keep blocking my internet..

Hey guys, every time I do the lastest vista updates IE stops working, everything else can connect to the net, just...kinda like its on low power for internet access and IE just cant connect at all.
Anyone come across these problems at all?

u mean it only happens for short while after u install any updates..


when it happens see how much ur cpu is used
try restarting
try firefox.....

nope, after its installed and restarted.

u have to be little more detailed then that

every time I do the lastest vista updates IE stops working

its gets better after that ? or it happened once and now IE just dont work anymore

As soon as i install the updates and my computer restarsts and i turn my computer on to use the internet again i am unable to search the net as it tells me "page cannot be displayed" o cant get onto the net at all.

So i then have to go and and so a system restore and everything is back to normal.

This happens everytime it does its updates.

ok check if ur using any network settings



if theres some numbers write them down, maybe updates have some IE updates also and its erasing them..


if this doesnot help, try checking what updates are actually available that u are downloading and try by passing ones for IE for a test.
