    About CPUID HWmonitor

Consider this post a spin-off from a post originally started by Blutach:

Need I be worried? This is under full load - encoding a home video with HC, with SMP. Regards

I've searched and read much about this CPUID software because I find it very useful, but have not found a real answer to the following question:

What the heck are these TMPIN (0) (1) (etc.) temperatures really referring to? I can see that blutach has 3 of them. I have 2 showing up. One of those TMPIN readings on my PC is usually much higher than the other when under full load, yet my CPU core temperatures are usually about the same. [IMG][/IMG]

Sorry, still haven't figured out this image shack crap.
Now, under full load, folding@home running and transcoding AVI to DVD:

as you can see, one of those TMPIN readings is now much higher.

I fully understand what the rest of the monitoring is referring to, I just don't know what parts of the PC that the TMPIN temperatures are coming from. Anybody know?
