Hi All. Not sure where this should be, but sure some kind mod will move it to right place.!!
I recently got latest drivers for my Nvidia so I could hitch up PC monitor to widescreen LCD telly, so others could see.
Got correct cables and set two different resolutions, using 'clone' mode. All works fine for pictures,short videos from HD and from web,using Realplayer. So far, so good.
Now (legaly) downloaded TV shows from BBC I Player,with their software add ons for Win Media Player. This plays from HD. Comes out fine on PC monitor, but TV still shows DESKTOP, but no video. Whatever else you put on desktop at same time comes out on TV and monitor fine, but video on monitor only.
Then tried running same show direct from BBC website, comes out fine on monitor AND TV. How can this be ????
Everything else comes out well on both. When playing this show (900Mb) sound comes from TV even when PC muted, but no video.
ANY explanation or fix appreciated !!!!
