You're losing me mate. Are you saying there's more performance in there? BTW: These were the setting based on advice from Soph. Here's the CPU-Z view

Also, any advice re Qn in post 12?

the 2t is probably not hurting you, the lower voltage might if the PSU gets weak or fans dirty

there's no new drivers for that chipset/mobo unless you want to go vista
