I found another page with Vista specific Service Descriptions. (As always, if you make any changes it's a good idea to set up a way to restore the previous state if the system won't boot afterwards!!)
Anyway some of the descriptions are a bit different than the canned ones you see if you look in the Vista Services applet in control panel. May give a bit more insight as to which you want to run and how. I didn't try any of their registry files so I can't vouch for them. I made my changes manually and logged each one, but that's up to you.
